This 1977 Porsche 911S is a masterful blend of vintage aesthetics and modern performance. Starting with a rust-free 911S tub, the car has been transformed into a stunning tribute to the iconic 1973 Porsche 911, featuring a long hood, classic bumpers, and period-correct lighting. The body is enhanced with authentic Porsche 930 wide-body fenders, giving it an aggressive yet elegant stance, while lightweight components from TRE Motorsports, including a fiberglass rear bumper and ducktail engine cover, contribute to improved weight reduction.

Underneath, the car features Elephant Racing’s “Street 2/Track” suspension package, offering unparalleled handling for spirited driving or track days. It rides on Braid BZ wheels with a Fuchs-inspired design, measuring 9 inches in the front and 11 inches in the rear, wrapped in sticky Michelin TB tires. Braking performance is top-notch, thanks to Porsche 930 Turbo calipers and rotors, all sourced new from Porsche.

At its heart is a high-performance 3.6L engine, based on a 1988 3.2L Carrera engine. The upgrades include LN Engineering Nickies 102mm cylinders, JE pistons with a compression ratio of approximately 10.5:1, and PMO 50mm carburetors, delivering breathtaking throttle response. Twin-plug heads and a crank-triggered direct ignition system ensure optimal power and efficiency, complemented by a Porsche Turbo oil pump and custom camshafts from Dougherty Racing Cams. A lightweight aluminum clutch plate from Kennedy Engineered Products adds to the engine’s responsiveness. This setup produces a heart-stopping 325 horsepower, making it a thrill to drive.

Power is delivered through a Porsche 915 five-speed gearbox sourced from a 1986 911, equipped with a limited-slip differential and external oil cooler to handle the increased performance. The transmission also features reinforced bearing retainers and a WEVO gate shift, providing precise and confident gear changes.

This exceptional build is a driver’s dream, combining timeless Porsche design with the thrill of modern engineering. Whether you’re seeking to conquer winding roads, dominate a track, or enjoy a weekend drive, this 911 is ready to deliver.
